Caragh Reilly | nCCMT

Not too long ago, I was working a corporate gig in advertising and daydreaming about dogs. But when I adopted my shepherd mix Oscar, I went from dog lover to dog obsessed! Wanting to fill my days with all things dog, I left my job to build a dream career in canine wellness. Much training later, I’m living my passion by helping to keep your dog well and wagging. And when I'm not busy massaging dogs, I love to volunteer within the Chicago animal rescue community - rescued is my favorite breed!

I received my canine massage certification through the Chicago School of Canine Massage, now Canis Bodyworks, in 2017, and am nationally certified through the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage (NBCAAM). I have training in advanced post-surgical, edema management, and oncology techniques and am a certified FearFree professional committed to low-stress handling and positive touch experience. I have training in canine aquatics and am certified in Pet First Aid & CPR.

I believe that positive touch experiences and therapeutic massage have powerful benefits for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments. I hope you will give me a call or send me a message to discuss how massage & bodywork can help keep your dog well and wagging.

Your massage worked wonders - Sassy’s totally back to her old self! I can’t believe how quickly she’s bounced back from surgery.
— lexie, foster mom of Sassy
My yellow lab Luke won’t sit still for many things, but he stayed still for Caragh following his ACL surgery. He was relaxed and calm due to Caragh’s approach. She was able to give his tense muscles the touch they needed following surgery. Highly recommend.
— Christina, mom of Luke
Mia, my 13 year old Rotty Sheppard mix, has had 2 TPLO surgeries, severe arthritis, and has struggled with hip dysplasia for years. We have tried everything out there to make her feel and get around better. The best results we have received are visible after an hour session with Caragh. Mia’s movement and willingness to go outside for walks have noticeably improved. I honestly feel like the work Caragh is doing is providing some bonus time for my old girl.
— Nicole, mom of Mia
